Question:  What are the system requirements for using RenewalTracker?
Answer:  Just an Internet browser with a connection to the Internet.

RenewalTracker is accessible with a standard web browser giving you anywhere, any time access to your renewal item information.

RenewalTracker recommends Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above and a fast Internet web connection (DSL/Cable modem or greater) for optimal performance. However, other browsers such as Netscape or Firefox may work but have not currently been certified by our support staff.

Question:  Will my data be secure?
Answer:  Yes.

Only users with a valid username and password can access RenewalTracker, ensuring that renewal information is protected. Your organization will designate an administrator who will assign appropriate access and editing privileges to users.

RenewalTracker encrypts the information communicated between your Internet browser and RenewalTracker itself using SSL certificate encryption, the industry-standard for protecting web communications. Your Internet browser will display a padlock indicating all communication is encrypted. The RenewalTracker solution is hosted in a secure environment providing real-time monitoring and data back-ups.

Question:  Will RenewalTracker process renewal item applications and required payments for me with each state and taxing authority?
Answer:  Not currently.

RenewalTracker is a web-based solution that centrally manages the business license and permit renewal information. Renewal payment processing is currently the responsibility of the preparer within your organization.

There is, however, a long-term strategic direction for RenewalTracker to offer a full suite of business services for organizations that wish to outsource their license and permit processing activities.
